Pickups and Deliveries

  • You set out your laundry on your porch (or other designated area) in a trash bag, laundry bag, pillowcase, box, or whatever container you want to use. We provide bags for our reoccurring customers. We pick it up and then return it according to your schedule! We are even able to accommodate storage for laundry if needed to make it easy for you to go out of town.

  • As much as you want! We’ve done it all, and we can handle as much as you send. Some people prefer to use us to catch up on laundry in one service, while others would rather use us weekly for a while to catch up and then stay on top of things. Whatever works best for you, we’ll do!

  • 10 pounds of laundry could include the following:

    • Seven pairs/sets of underwear

    • Seven pairs of socks

    • Five short-sleeve T-shirts

    • Two long-sleeve shirts

    • One sweatshirt or sweater

    • Two pairs of jeans or four pairs of shorts

    • One set of twin sheets

    • One towel

  • We start at 8 AM on most days and usually make all our pickups and deliveries by late afternoon (but sometimes the evening hours if it's busy!).  Because our routes vary each day we do not offer specific pickup or delivery "windows" (see "Do I have to be home for pickups and deliveries?"). 

    An additional pickup / delivery fee may be assessed for distant or hard to service addresses (this is uncommon).

  • Our service holidays (no pickups or deliveries) are: New Years Day, New Years Eve, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If your delivery or regular weekly pickup falls on one of these days, we'll be there the following business day.

  • We have pickups available in Logan, North Logan, Providence, Hyde Park, Smithfield, River Heights, Millville, Hyrum, Nibley, Richmond, and Wellsville, but if you’re outside of this area, let us know and we can work with you to get you taken care of!

  • No. Most of our customers leave their items near their front doors where our drivers can find them. Or, you can tell us if you'll leave your laundry in a special place (at the back door, etc.) and we'll leave your laundry in the same spot. Don't forget to leave us your gate code if you have one!

  • It happens! If our driver doesn’t see your laundry out, they’ll knock on your door and give you a call. If we don’t get a response, a $9.99 missed pickup fee applies to cover our driver’s time. No worries though — we’re happy to reschedule your pickup for later that day or later in the week so your laundry can still get cleaned on your schedule.

  • To schedule your first pickup, fill out the form here. A member of our team will contact you shortly to confirm your schedule.

    For recurring pickups, if you need to skip a day, please email or call us before 8 AM on your scheduled pickup day to avoid the missed pickup fee.

    To reschedule a pickup, simply reply to your signup email or give us a call at 435‑534‑4334. We’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

  • Yes! For reoccurring customers, next-day rush is always free.

    For one-time customers, next-day rush is available for $9.99 and same-day rush is available for $19.99, depending on availability.

 Laundry

  • No. We'll sort everything out before it's washed. We even do our best to sort your laundry by family member before we package for delivery.

  • Yes, of course. When you place your first order it's easy to tell us your preferences for your wash & fold laundry and even your pickup and delivery! We'll remember and do things that way unless you change your preferences later.

  • Yes, laundry is always washed and dried separately!

  • Our standard detergent is Truly Free Original Scent. It’s organic, nontoxic, and hypoallergenic. If you prefer a different brand though, we have many options on hand or you can send us with your favorite products. And we’ll remember for next time!

  • Yes! We are health-conscious and use Truly Free detergent as our standard. Our clients with sensitive skin or allergies love it! If you have a different brand you prefer, we can use that instead though!

  • We pretreat all visible stains before washing and do our best to remove them. While we can’t guarantee that every stain will come out completely, we take extra care with each item. If a stain doesn’t lift during the first wash, we’ll re-treat and rewash it, then air dry the garment to help prevent the stain from setting. If it’s still there, we’re always happy to take another look during your next service — just let us know!

  • Yes! We handle fold-only services. We pickup and deliver for free and are happy to take the folding off your plate.

  • If you notice any item has gone missing or was damaged during our service, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, as stated in our Terms of Use. We’ll investigate promptly and work with you to find a resolution. While we handle your laundry with utmost care, because of the nature of the service (pickup, transport, handling, laundering) we cannot guarantee complete freedom from loss or damage.

    If we determine the item was lost or unacceptably damaged on our end, we’ll provide an appropriate remedy—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or reimbursement (subject to our discretion and the circumstances).

 Pricing and Payment

  • When you sign up, you’ll fill out a secure credit card form, which authorizes us to keep your card on file. We accept all major credit cards.

    Your card is charged only when you have a service — charges are never automated, so you don’t have to worry about being billed when you don’t have a pickup or delivery.

  • Yes, our minimum charge per pickup is $34.99.

  • Price is charged per pound, and for large household items, by item. For a list of our prices, check out our services page here.

  • You are charged once your laundry is weighed.

  • Yes, it’s our Cache Laundry Guarantee. We promise your laundry will arrive fresh, perfectly folded, and on schedule.

    If it’s late or doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll refund your order in full — no hassle, no questions.

  • Yes! We offer a discounted rate of $1.99/lb for recurring services, and next-day rush delivery is included for free.

    We also offer biweekly pickups for customers who want regular service but not every week — just let us know your preferred schedule!

  • Yes! We have a referral program. If you love us and want to share with a friend, you both get $15 off when they sign up!
